  2. Heat a vessel add 2 glass water.once the water comes to boil add Maggi noodles. It should be cooked up to 80%. Drain off the water from noodles and pour 1 cup of cold water. drizzle 1 tsp oil and mix gently, to avoid noodles from sticking to each other. keep aside..
  3. In a pan add oil, once the oil it hot add the ginger and the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.Now add the onions and cook on high flame till the onions turning a little translucent..

  5. Now add cooked Maggi noodles, ketchup, vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce, maggi masala, mix and mix well with the veggies and cook for 15-20 seconds..
  6. Turn off the flame and remove in a plate.serve hot..
